Day 18, so past the half way mark. So far I haven’t missed a day which has surprised me.
I’m not sure what I thought I was letting myself in for. Maybe I thought that with a deadline it would make me concentrate more on finding content.
It’s been a lot of pressure though. I can’t wait to get back to posting when I feel like it. Maybe posting several times in a day if the fancy takes me. You know, when things just come into your head, rather than thinking about it and then deciding to leave that for another day in case you run out of ideas.
I’ve felt I have to make a reasonable post with my own content, rather than just post a picture or a quote, or somehow it would seem like the easy way out. I don’t know what others think. Maybe that’s just me. Will I be doing it next year? I’m not so sure!

I’ve changed my theme again! Some people seem to stick with the same theme all the time. Me? I get bored after a while and need a new look. It’s a bit like at home. I like a change round of the furniture and ornaments every so often. I quite like this theme because of the effect on the background colour, rather than being just matt.
How long will I have it for? Who knows. I did quite like the “Bueno” theme which I had last, for the featured posts widgets. It meant you could highlight several posts in the side bar and not have them in your face as sticky on the front page. Pity we can’t have this option with more WordPress themes.
P.S. I’ve just looked in my tag suggestions for this post. One of them is “Timnah”. I did a Google and it’s a biblical city.

I agree with your comments about how & when to post and also the themes. I’ve got this same theme as you and I love it. I miss my feature posts though, I keep having to remember to summarise my posts, or one post would take up a whole page. I don’t get the picture connections either, maybe you should do some sort of vote on it!!
