Forgot to post last week about progress with the electronic cigarette.
At the present moment in time, it has been exactly 3 weeks since we last smoked a real cigarette.
The good thing is, we are not using the E-cig that much either. Some people use them to smoke as they would a normal cigarette, taking several drags on the ciggy. We have been just having a couple of drags on it and putting it down.
It’s great just having it there so that we can have a quick one if needed, but we seem to be going for several hours sometimes without a “smoke”. So we’re losing the ” habit” part of smoking too.
So all in all, looking good. I really don’t ever want to pick up a “proper” cigarette again!

I kept a daily diary and put five pound a day away for 6 months,, and this paid for a holiday spending money..the diary was brilliant for me, I still read it today..good luck…;)
Keep up the good work, Carol. I know you can do it!!! The biggest hurdle will be all the associations you have had with smoking, like the phone rings and you pick up a cigarette, or you get in the car to go somewhere and light up a cigarette and the most famous one of having a cigarette after a meal. Time really fixes all of that. I quit in 1984 and I still feel on occasion that I would love to smoke…but I know better. You will, too!!!
I hope you make i’m going to try and stop next week
Congratulations – you are doing really well!
Well done, Carol… and keep going!
Good girl. Keep it up Carol.
Good for you!
BRILLIANT.
